POSTAGE & DELIVERY
We use Australia Post for all deliveries in Australia and overseas. Within Australia all orders are sent via Express Post which are trackable and very quick. All international orders are sent via Australia Post’s international service which obviously takes a little longer. We use a weight-based system to calculate shipping fees and pass on the exact amounts it costs us to you. At the checkout screen you can see how much the shipping will cost depending on what the total weight of items you have in your cart.

ONLINE PAYMENT INFORMATION
All online website payments are made via PayPal. This is the world’s most secure and widely used online payment processor. After you checkout you will be directed to PayPal’s website for secure payment. Here you can login to your PayPal account and pay that way, or you can use your credit card by clicking ‘I don’t have a PayPal account’. PayPal also has a full buyers-protection policy for your peace of mind.
PayPal’s payment processing page is protected by 124 bit encoded security and their SSL certificate. If you have any issues or do not want to use PayPal, please call us on 0422 392 105 and we can arrange payment via phone, direct deposit or money order instead.
FILE DOWNLOAD INSTRUCTIONS
Most of our albums are available as an instant download - just choose the 'MP3 download' option before adding to your cart to instantly access the MP3 files after checkout. Downloading is very simple. There are 2 ways to download your purchased files to your computer:
OPTION 1. DOWNLOAD FROM YOUR ACCOUNT
After checkout just login to your account and click the 'DOWNLOAD FILES' box shown in the first screenshot. Here you will find all your files available for download you have purchased. Then click the filename of the item you wish to download (as shown in the 2nd screenshot) to download the file to a folder on your computer and transfer to your mobile device if required.
OPTION 2. DOWNLOAD FROM THE EMAILED LINK/S
The second option is to check your emails after you checkout. We will send you a separate email that contains direct links to download any files you purchased. Simply make sure you are logged in to your account at our website and click the link/s in your email.
